Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods (8+ hrs).
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to operate weighing scales.
• Work in a 50-degree environment and fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Organize spices and ingredients.
• Pre-weigh and batch all ingredients as needed for production.
• Blend marinades and sauces and deliver to appropriate lines.
• Observe and enforce CCPs as mandated by product procedures.
• Document all deviation from the procedure and the corrective action taken.
• Flexible operation schedule to be a head of the main production process.
