Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years in a Group Leader/related role (internal candidates).
• 5 years laboratory/production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards within a lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Specimen Processing and related functions.
• Develop and implement SOPs for Specimen Processing per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure department compliance, training, and competency of staff.
