Responsibilities include supporting Tech Ops and Specimen Processing, ensuring proper specimen handling, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimal data entry skills required.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles pre-analytical tasks to support specimen processing and lab operations.
• Identifies and resolves issues with specimens, missing information, or improper labeling.
• Learns and adheres to compliance policies related to test ordering.
• Meets quality and production standards within six months of training.
• Completes required documentation clearly and on time.
• Punctual attendance and support for the department during coworker absences.
