Qualifications

• 2+ years using computers to include Internet navigation, email usage, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower staff to meet quality and productivity goals for shift and department.
• Manage daily shift operations and delegate tasks while ensuring equipment readiness.
• Organize routine team meetings and 1:1 employee meetings.
• Coach direct reports through career development and performance feedback.
• Monitor employee performance metrics such as attendance, productivity and quality.
