Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Specimen Processing and related functions.
• Develop and implement SOPs in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure safety, ergonomics, maintenance, and department cleanliness.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and productivity to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with QA and Medical Director offices on licensure and compliance.
• Lead training, performance reviews, and staff development.
