Job summary

The Wenger Group in Souderton, PA, is seeking a Soybean Plant Technician for the night shift to support production of high-quality expelled soy products. You will operate equipment, monitor processes, and work under the Plant Supervisor to maintain efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities include receiving grain shipments, cleaning and maintenance tasks, and documenting production data. The role offers OT opportunities, and a collaborative, safety-focused environment in a growing agricultural

Qualifications

• Ability to work with close supervision and independently.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. on occasion.
• Ability to operate various types of machinery and heavy equipment.
• Ability to work in dusty conditions.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily shipments of grain and other ingredients by truck.
• Control and monitor production.
• Effectively operate all machinery.
• Clean facility when working conditions and time permit.
• Perform general mechanical duties as determined by the Plant Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as determined by the Plant Supervisor.
• Utilize and navigate the Wenger System as appropriate.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain usage reports and operational records as needed.
• Maintain communication with Plant Supervisor regarding key updates.
