Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Graveyard Slot Operations Supervisor to lead the Slot team on the graveyard shift. You will oversee daily reporting, Title 31 paperwork, and ensure guest service excellence on the casino floor.

You will coach, train, and evaluate Slot Attendants and Supervisors, manage staffing and shifts, and participate in hiring decisions while upholding all internal controls and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a Supervisory or Management position.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
  • Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with SDS, STC and HETCMS.
  • Professional attitude and leads by example.
  • Ability to move around casino floor and office.

  • Promotes guest development and supports customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintains the highest standard of customer service and integrity in the Slot department.

  • Maintains work schedules and staffing levels; assists in hiring decisions.
  • Witnesses and verifies jackpot amounts and wallet counts.
  • Assists in managing hiring, promotions, training, and separation decisions.

Job Summary

The person selected for this position will be responsible for the graveyard Slot Operations team. They will lead their team in performing all duties and guide team members in promoting guest service. They are also responsible for daily reporting and Title 31 paperwork. They will take ownership of his shift and handle problems as they arise.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary
  • Monitors all departments on an assigned shift to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Promotes guest development and works to improve player and employee satisfaction in all areas.
  • Maintains the highest standard of customer service in integrity in the Slot department.
  • Develops, guides, and coaches personnel in proper behaviors and the performance of their duties.
  • Trains Slot Attendants and Supervisors on proper policy, procedures and internal controls.
  • Consistently implements all casino procedures relating to Slot operations.
  • Administers Evaluations, Performance Reviews and Merit Compensation within the established guidelines.
  • Maintains work schedules for assigned personnel; recommends or implements changes in staffing levels and / or operational procedures.
  • Witness and verify jackpot amounts and wallet “Count In / Out”.
  • Assists in managing the hiring, promotions, training, demotion and separation decisions.
  • Available and willing to work any change in hours deemed necessary to meet business levels.
  • Takes ownership of all projects or special assignments as assigned by the Director of Slot Operations, to ensure organizational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and the ability to develop a highly engaged staff using GGR format and resources.
  • Displays leadership by role modeling, guiding and mentoring employees to the best of their abilities.
What You Will Need
  • College Education preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Supervisory or Management position.
  • Strong, proven leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
  • Strong computer skills working with MS Word, MS Excel, SDS, STC and HETCMS.
  • Professional attitude and consistently sets the proper examples.
  • Achieves excellent employee survey results.
  • Visual and auditory ranges must include immediate area
