Responsibilities

Learn the preparation for and performance of overnight sleep studies.
Greet patients and help create a safe, comfortable environment during the study.
Learn proper patient setup procedures and placement of electrodes and sensors.
Learn to operate polysomnography and related sleep-testing equipment.
Observe patients and physiological signals throughout overnight studies under supervision.
Follow infection-prevention and safety policies.
