Job summary

Premier Candle Corporation is seeking an experienced Site Manager for the night shift to lead evenings operations at the Hickory, KY facility. This hands-on role directs Production Line Operators, Team Leads, and Machine Operators, driving safety, quality, and on-time performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office and related systems.

Qualifications

• College degree or commensurate experience.
• 3–4+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment; machining and assembly experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct night-shift manufacturing operations through Production Line Operators, Production Team Leads, and Production Machine Operators.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance across production areas.
• Implement schedules and allocate manpower to meet goals.
• Maintain presence on the production floor and lead by example.
• Verify components on manufacturing orders before and during packaging.
• Support packaging-line standards and scheduling requirements.
