Job summary

Premier Candle is seeking an experienced Site Manager for the night shift to lead manufacturing operations in its Hickory, KY facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will direct night‑shift teams, optimize safety, quality, and on‑time production, and drive improvements across lines with a hands‑on leadership style.

You will monitor KPIs, schedule production, mentor supervisors, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet performance goals while maintaining a strong safety

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience leading night-shift operations preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct night-shift manufacturing operations through team members.
• Monitor, measure, and report KPIs across production areas.
• Implement schedules and allocate manpower to meet goals.
• Maintain presence on the floor and lead by example.
• Verify components on orders before and during packaging.
• Support packing standards, scheduling requirements, and execution.
