Job summary

Colorado Village Collaborative in Denver seeks a Site Coordinator (Nights) to work with the Site Manager and Assistants to maintain a safe, trauma-informed space for community members and staff. The role involves on-site supervision, intake, policy enforcement, crisis response, programming support, and coordination of dinners and volunteers, with 10-hour night shifts and a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Homeless shelter operations experience preferred.
• At least one year of being successfully housed preferred.
• Experience operating computerized office equipment and telephones.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Cell phone to download and access CVC applications required

Responsibilities

• Community member intake and HMIS data entry.
• Oversee policies, rights, and responsibilities; Use Agreement and daily logs.
• Communicate trauma-informed, stable interactions; coordinate with Site Manager.
• Coordinate events, dinners, volunteers, and external partners.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and logs; ensure compliance with use agreements.
• Report non-compliance and support participant exits with Site Manager.
