Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent practical experience adequate to follow written instructions and safety guidance.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or transportation environment.
• Current forklift/powered industrial truck certification for sit-down equipment per OSHA and company standards.
• Ability to use RF scanners and basic warehouse technology to follow task lists and confirm product/locations.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE and warehouse rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage product according to WMS tasking.
• Execute receiving, put-away, picking, replenishment, staging, and loading per SOPs.
• Use RF scanners and WMS tools to confirm product IDs and locations and flag discrepancies.
• Perform pre/post-shift equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and participate in safety initiatives.
