Job summary

UNIS in El Paso is seeking a 2nd Shift Forklift Driver (Sit-Down) to safely move, load, and stage goods, enabling accurate inventory and on-time delivery within our technology-driven logistics network.

You will operate sit-down forklifts, use RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System (WMS), and work with warehouse leads, inventory control, and shipping teams to maintain data accuracy, quality, and real-time visibility across the distribution center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience in a warehouse.
• Valid sit-down forklift certification.
• Experience using RF scanners and a WMS to execute tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts on 2nd shift to move, load, unload, and stage product.
• Execute receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, staging, and loading per SOPs.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to confirm product identification and task completion in real time.
• Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area and support 5S standards.
