Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in El Paso, TX is seeking a Warehouse Operator with sit-down and stand-up forklift experience. This contract role on W2 runs 12 months with a 40-hour week on the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00pm–6:00am).

The role requires forklift skills, basic math, and good teamwork. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and may need an operator license; OSHA forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sit down and stand-up forklift experience required.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
• Uses judgment regarding location and storage of items, proper packaging, methods of movement of materials, and release of materials.
• Ability to work independently as required with limited supervision on routine tasks.
• May prepare goods for Production Area.
• Keeps accurate logs and records.
• Is knowledgeable of receiving and/or distribution functions.
• May conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventories.
• Effectively works in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.
• Make effective decisions relative to position requirements.
• Compare physical inventory with inventory records to ensure the numbers match.
