Job summary

Corewell Health’s Pennock Hospital in Hastings, MI seeks a Full-time RN for a 6-bed ICU unit that may include Med Surg patients. Shift is Night (7:00pm–7:00am) with 36 hours weekly on a rotating 3-week schedule.

Minimum qualifications include Associate and/ or Bachelor nursing credentials and MI RN licensure, plus BLS/ACLS within specified times. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and accountability within a supportive unit.

Qualifications

• Associate in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor in Nursing is required within 5 years.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• BLS required within 90 days.
• ACLS required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably according to ANA and Michigan State standards.
• Demonstrates nursing process with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Upholds professional performance standards including ethics, communication, leadership and evidence-based practice.
