Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance or machinery repair experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining shot blasters and paint line equipment is a plus.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair shot blasting machines.
• Perform maintenance on paint lines to keep production running efficiently.
• Change and maintain paint line filters as needed.
• Identify equipment problems and perform necessary mechanical repairs.
• Perform welding and fabrication work for equipment repairs and modifications.
• Complete routine and preventative maintenance on shot blasters and paint line equipment.
• Help minimize equipment downtime by identifying problems and making timely repairs.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures.

Position Overview

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical experience, be comfortable repairing industrial equipment, and have a welding and fabrication background. This person will be responsible for keeping the shot blasters and paint lines properly maintained and operating efficiently throughout third shift.

Position: Third Shift Maintenance Technician

Pay: Competitive, based on experience $25-$27/hr

Schedule: Third Shift Sunday - Thursday
