Precise Aerospace Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage shipping and receiving, maintain finished goods inventory, and keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized.

The role ensures paperwork accuracy, supports FIFO inventory control, and helps meet delivery schedules with teammates while adhering to safety standards. Initial training occurs on 1st shift with a 2-2-3 schedule; forklift operation, MS Office proficiency, and attention to detail are required to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior factory or warehouse experience required.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Shipping Operations: Prepare outgoing shipments, including proper banding, loading, and completion of paperwork.
• Receiving Operations: Receive incoming shipments, unload products, and store them in the correct location.
• Inventory Management: Maintain finished goods inventory using the FIFO method. Accurately document inventory additions and removals.
• Warehouse Organization and Safety: Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas daily; ensure fire exits remain clear; adhere to safety and quality standards.
