Job summary

Empire Packing seeks a Night Shipper in Denver to operate forklifts and pallet jacks, select product, and build pallets for nightly loading. You will follow GMP/OSHA rules, perform Letdowns, and maintain paperwork accurately. The role requires English proficiency, a strong work ethic, and flexibility to work 40+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write English at a practical level.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Show attention to detail and good math abilities.
• Capable of working 40+ hours per week.
• Willing to obtain forklift and pallet jack licenses.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Use order sheets to select cases accurately.
• Build pallets according to company standards.
• Load trailers in a safe, organized manner.
• Perform nightly cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Complete Letdowns accurately and timely.
• Fill out all paperwork completely.
• Adhere to GMP standards and OSHA safety rules.
• Communicate inaccuracies with Leads and Supervisors.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
