Job summary

Charter Next Generation, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Operator - Night Shift to join our Lexington, OH facility.

This full-time indirect labor role involves operating state-of-the-art material handling equipment, loading and unloading pallets, and ensuring accurate shipment documentation in a busy distribution environment. You’ll work a rotating 3-4 day schedule, earn at least $18.00 per hour depending on experience, and enjoy employee ownership, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities across

Qualifications

• Lift up to 65 pounds and work 12-hour shifts.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong communication and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load/unload pallets up to 1,250+ lbs.
• Scan pallets and verify load completeness and securement.
• Load/unload finished goods pallets on/off trucks and store racks.
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure paperwork for shipments is correct and BOLs signed.
• Move pallets and stack goods following inventory control.
• Comply with BRCGS, Safety Standards, and SOPs.
