Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Sheeter Operator for the 3rd shift to run a sheeter converting roll stock to sheets for presses. You will maintain production records, ensure quality sheets, and adhere to safety policies while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires the ability to work overtime, in a team setting, and communicate across roles. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a $3.00 per hour shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control the sheeter to convert roll stock to sheets.
• Produce quality cut sheets following production standards.
• Maintain records for production evaluation and traceability.
• Develop technical skills to support the sheeting operation.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and use required PPE.
