Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Sheeter Operator for the 3rd shift to run the sheeter that converts roll stock to sheets for presses. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with a $3.00 per hour shift differential.

The role requires operating the sheeter, maintaining production records, and supporting our two businesses—Menasha Packaging and ORBIS—with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to work in a production environment with moving equipment and people.

Responsibilities

• Control operations of the sheeter.
• Produce quality cut sheets at set production standards.
• Maintain records for evaluation of production.
• Establish technical skills to support our sheeting operation.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all PPE and safety devices and follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors.
