Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Sheeter Operator to run a sheeter that converts roll stock to sheets for presses. The role requires adherence to safety policies and efficient production on the 3rd shift, Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with a $3.00 per hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Safety sensitive position – ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
• Ability to effectively work in teams
• Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles

Responsibilities

• Control operations of the sheeter
• Produce quality cut sheets at set production standards

About The Opportunity

The Sheeter Operator is responsible for running a sheeter which converts roll stock to sheets for the presses.

Essential Functions:

• Control operations of the sheeter


• Produce quality cut sheets at set production standards


• Maintain records for evaluation of production


• Establish technical skills to support our sheeting operation


• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective and safety equipment and devices that are required, and comply with company safety policies and procedures

Sheeter Operator – 3rd Shift Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Shift Differential: Additional $3.00 per hour
