Job summary

Novolex in Baxter Springs, KS is seeking a Machine Operator - Sheeter to produce and package quality products on high-speed paper converting equipment. The role requires reading POP packets, performing set-up and changeovers, and following safety and quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Produce and pack quality product at target machine speeds using safe work practices.
• Read, understand, and complete daily paperwork accurately.
• Read and understand Production Order Packet (POP); prepare machine components for production.
• Complete setup and/or changeover activities with minimal assistance in allotted time.
• Participate in Preventative Maintenance activities as assigned.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Complete duties in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Actively engage in safety programs and participate with the team.
