Job summary

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center, operated by FTTDC - Ohio Logistics, seeks a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM). You will drive safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy while coaching staff and aligning with facility leadership.

The role requires prior warehouse supervisory experience, knowledge of WMS, and strong communication skills. Expect overtime, development opportunities, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience supervising warehouse or distribution teams.
• Experience leading staff and driving operational performance.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and material handling.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor workflow and allocate labor resources to meet operational demands.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to warehouse associates.
• Conduct employee coaching, training, and performance management activities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate priorities, expectations, and company updates.
• Support staffing, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
