Job summary

Fulfil is seeking a Night Shift Senior Automation and Robotics Maintenance Technician to join a fast‑paced startup in Plymouth Meeting, PA. You will ensure automation equipment availability, manage spares, and collaborate with engineers and operations to meet project timelines.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance development, and familiarity with CMMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Four years or more of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechatronics‑Electrical and/or Controls Automation in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong preventive maintenance development experience; Lean Manufacturing and project management helpful.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively.
• Night shift availability; schedule may shift with advance notice.
• Good computer skills; familiarity with CMMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Resolve unplanned down events and drive successful recoveries with high reliability.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimum equipment performance.
• Support equipment upgrade projects with engineering and operations teams.
• Keep SOPs and engineering docs current and compliant; ensure quality standards.
