Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is hiring a Resident Assistant for the 11PM–7:30AM shift to support residents with daily living activities under the supervision of a nurse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English.
• Basic computer skills with ability to learn electronic health record systems.
• Compassion for hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated.
• Assist residents in dining.
• Provides homemaking tasks.
• Responds to and reports changes in resident health status and recommendations for changes to the care plan.
• Completes thorough daily charting.
• Collaborates with other team members to deliver The Waters Way.
• Other duties as assigned.
