Job summary

Employers Overload is seeking a Semiconductor Wafer Processing Operator to join our production team in a high-tech manufacturing environment. You will operate specialized equipment for photolithography, etching, deposition, cleaning, and inspection to manufacture semiconductor wafers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, semiconductor technology, or a related field.
• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar technical production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor semiconductor processing equipment used for photolithography, etching, deposition, cleaning, and inspection.
• Follow established procedures and process instructions to ensure high-quality production.
• Perform inspections and measurements to verify wafers meet specifications.
• Record process data and settings in MES.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, maintenance, and calibration.
• Assist engineering with troubleshooting equipment or process issues.
• Follow cleanroom, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement to improve quality and yield.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to support production operations.
