Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to carry 15‑pound wafer pods and climb stairs.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour compressed night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tools to process wafers through production stages.
• Use analytic and deductive skills to optimize wafer processing and determine tool changeovers.
• Communicate with internal customers and team members to maximize factory productivity.
• Perform process corrections and suggest improvements to productivity.
• Interface with computer systems to complete job duties and follow production schedules.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to prioritize daily tasks.
