Job summary

Employers Overload in the U.S. state of Washington (Camas) is seeking a Semiconductor Wafer Processing Operator to join our production team.

You will operate specialized fabrication equipment in a cleanroom, following detailed processes to help ensure wafers meet quality and safety standards. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on training, exposure to photolithography, etching, and deposition, and opportunities to grow with engineering and quality teams.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, semiconductor technology, or related field.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar technical production; training provided.
  • Proficient in reading and following procedures; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor processing equipment for lithography, etching, deposition, cleaning, and inspection.
  • Follow procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
  • Record process data and equipment settings in MES.
  • Perform routine equipment cleaning, maintenance, and calibration.
  • Troubleshoot issues with engineering to minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to cleanroom safety and environmental procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement to improve quality, efficiency, and yield.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.
