Job summary

International Market Place in Waikiki, HI is seeking a Shift Supervisor for overnight coverage. The role oversees Security Officers and is responsible for post orders, rounds, and incident reporting.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of supervisor experience and 1+ year of security experience, a high school diploma or GED, and will participate in an interview with the Site Manager. Salary is $26.30 per hour, with overnight Fri–Tues shifts 12am–8am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions.
• 1+ years of supervisor experience.
• 1+ years of security experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Officers and leads post operations at client sites.
• Ensures post orders are followed and rounds are completed; files required reports.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; documents actions and outcomes.
• Trains Officers and reviews assignments with subordinates.
• Coordinates with management to ensure adequate coverage of posts and shifts.
• May perform Security Officer duties as needed.
