Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Shift Supervisor for the Waikiki area. This role supervises Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensuring adherence to post orders, timely rounds, and accurate reporting.

Overnight shifts Fri-Tues, with a starting hourly rate of $26.30. The candidate should have at least 1 year of supervisory and 1 year of security experience, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1+ years of Supervisor experience required.
• Minimum 1+ years of Security experience required.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers and leads at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; conducts meetings and documents actions.
• Trains Officers and reviews assignments with subordinates.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensures adequate coverage of posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepares and submits required reports and inspects posts.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and to provide customer service.
• Performs supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, training, planning, and directing work.
