Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol in Johnson City, TN to provide security coverage for the retail property and its tenants. The role requires a valid driver's license and availability for a full-time night schedule.

You will conduct regular patrols, deter incidents with a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service while adhering to site-specific policies and Allied Universal’s values.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail property, including common areas and parking areas.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional, calm manner following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and provide directions or assistance as needed.
• Complete accurate reports and incident documentation per site requirements.
