• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity and verifying authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and construction personnel while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transportation‑related construction areas, access points, parking areas, staging locations, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorization as directed, and reporting unauthorized access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site procedures and contacting emergency services and/or supervisors when required.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security‑related activities accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
