Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location to identify hazards.
• Document observations and patrol activities per site procedures.
• Maintain professional communication with staff, visitors, and emergency responders.
