Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driving in Rosemount, MN. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, and maintain a visible security presence at a retail distribution location.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, will undergo background check and drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and deliveries by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and in line with reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior, exterior, loading, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access by checking credentials and directing authorized visitors and vendors.
• Complete incident reports and logs, communicating observations to site leadership.
