Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driving in Rosemount, MN. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, and maintain a visible security presence at a retail distribution location.

Qualifications

• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.

• Complete incident reports and logs, communicating observations to site leadership.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility interior, exterior, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, directing authorized visitors and vendors, and documenting arrivals, departures, and deliveries as required.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation while communicating relevant observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
