Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly per site protocol.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and exterior grounds.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel and deliveries.
• Document patrols and incidents; communicate findings to Allied Universal leadership.
