Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for full-time Personnel Screening in Mooresville, IN. You will protect clients across logistics and distribution sites by screening personnel and visitors and by monitoring access points.

You will operate screening equipment, respond to incidents, and conduct regular patrols, working evenings and nights as schedule dictates. A high school diploma and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and drivers by following site procedures.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and vehicles at entry points.
• Operate screening equipment and inspect personal belongings, shipments, and vehicles.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, document observations, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas and perimeter.
