Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Dudley, NC. You will monitor and patrol designated areas, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming environment at a food processing location.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour. Night shifts included with a schedule that supports a stable work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly, following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, vendors, and deliveries per site requirements.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and shift activities and communicate findings to leadership.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol in Dudley, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage processing location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food processing location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and shift activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
