Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Security Officer to respond to calls, patrol the property, verify credentials, and provide exceptional customer service during night shifts. This role supports the Security Department by conducting post and roving duties and assisting with investigations.

The incumbent will complete incident reports, trainer officers, and ensure regulatory compliance while working from 12:00 am to 8:00 am, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months leadership experience preferred.
• Eligible for West Virginia licenses (Lottery and Racing) and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and mitigate calls for service for the Security Department.
• Perform post and roving duties, inspect entrances, verify IDs, provide customer service.
• Complete incident reports and coordinate with other departments.
• Train Security Officers in duties and procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and department administration.
• Ensure safety of customers and team members on premises.
• Report violations to management and assist investigations.
• Uphold compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work from 12:00 am to 8:00 am, including weekends and holidays.
