Conagra Brands in Louisville, KY seeks a sanitation associate to support cleaning and basic janitorial tasks in a manufacturing environment. You will clean production areas, equipment, floors and surfaces, following safety and food-safety standards, onsite with a 4-day overnight schedule.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and collaborate with production teams to keep facilities compliant and clean.

Qualificações

• Experience in sanitation, janitorial, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude to disassemble and reassemble equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Perform cleaning, sanitation, and basic janitorial duties across production areas, offices, and common spaces.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, floors, walls, and facility surfaces.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for proper cleaning.
• Follow sanitation procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, tools, and personal protective equipment.
• Remove waste, dispose of materials correctly, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
• Document sanitation activities and report any issues to leadership.
• Support production teams by ensuring equipment and areas are ready for operation.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
