Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking team members to maintain sanitation and operate required equipment in a fast-paced production environment. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing processing areas and following safety policies.

The role requires effortful physical work, reliable attendance, and the ability to pass a pre-employment screen. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off, with shift premiums for non-daytime hours and longevity

Qualifications

• Must report regularly and on time to work, including overtime and weekends as scheduled.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack certificate and operate pallet jack safely.
• Physically capable to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, and lifting 10–80 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation of plant areas nightly and adherence to safety policies.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment with hot water and chemicals.
• Keep non-production areas clean and orderly (breakrooms, bathrooms, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision/lead personnel.
