Job summary

You will manage cleaning schedules, coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Production, maintain records, and train staff on GMP and safety. The role requires nights and weekend availability and on-site work in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in food manufacturing sanitation with supervisory experience.
• HACCP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sanitation operations in production areas and facility.
• Inspect for deficiencies, document findings, and report to Food Safety Manager.
• Monitor chemical concentrations and perform titrations; correct deviations.
• Oversee allergen washdowns, post-USDA cleaning, and sterilization.
• Train sanitation staff on procedures, safety, and GMP compliance.
• Maintain sanitation equipment and inventory of supplies and PPE.
• Ensure audit readiness and support third-party audits.
