The role requires high school diploma or GED, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will partner with HR on staffing and participate in safety and quality initiatives to maintain top sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Proven thorough understanding of general business documents and regulatory guidelines (GMP/HACCP).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; leadership and people development experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; good internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sanitation Specialists and manage staffing with HR to support sanitation schedules.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, SSOP, and USDA guidelines are followed; maintain documentation.
• Validate daily production paperwork and logs; ensure proper training and coaching of team members.
• Coordinate with management to address sanitation issues and drive continuous improvement.
