Job summary

ofi North America (Olam Food Ingredients) is seeking a Sanitation Crew Lead II to manage the night shift, lead a sanitation team, and ensure compliance with sanitation standards. This on-site role reports to the Sanitation Supervisor and requires leadership, reliability, and clear communication.

You will mentor staff, coordinate cleaning, maintain records, and work with production to meet schedules. A high school diploma and forklift training are required, with bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform simple math and unit conversions.
• Lead all plant functions on night shift and be the point of contact.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Must be trained and licensed to drive a Forklift.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation crew on night shift and coordinate activities.
• Inspect equipment and facilities for sanitation compliance.
• Mentor handlers and production personnel on sanitary procedures.
• Direct cleaning of equipment and work areas.
• Maintain sanitation records and reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors to meet production schedules.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed.
