Job summary

Rogers Electric seeks a Night Shift Safety Manager to coordinate safety on construction projects nationwide. You will lead incident investigations, develop prevention programs, and ensure compliance with safety standards across sites.

Requirements include 7–9 years with a bachelor’s or more years with other degrees, CHST, OSHA 500, and strong leadership. You will supervise a team and collaborate with GC and project teams on risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 10–12 years with an Associate’s degree, or 3–5 years with a Master’s degree in Safety and Health.
• CHST certification required; CSP preferred.
• OSHA 500 certification required.
• Extensive knowledge of safety standards, regulations and project application.
• Experience in electrical, construction and industrial safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC or site owner on conditions and NCNs.
• Participate in meetings to discuss mitigation plans and safety training.
• Develop and implement Accident Prevention Programs and training plans.
• Identify site safety budget and manage permits and plans.
• Lead ORM team to review and develop project safety plans.
• Conduct timely incident investigations and reporting.
• Directly supervise 7–10 employees.
