TEL Staffing & HR in Milton, FL is seeking an overnight Safety Facilitator to work 7:30pm to 7:30am for a cable manufacturing company. This temp-to-hire role offers 12-hour night shifts with weekend availability and a starting pay of $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

The role includes safety orientations, incident investigations, policy development, training, and keeping records. A bachelor's in OHS or related field is preferred, with 2+ years of safety experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of Safety experience
• Proven experience in conducting root cause analysis
• Strong report writing skills
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Spanish speaking is a plus, but is not required

Aufgaben

• Conduct Safety Orientation and Walk-Throughs with ALL new hires
• Conduct root cause analysis of safety incidents and accidents
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
• Provide safety training to employees
• Inspect work areas to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Investigate and report on safety violations and non-compliance issues
• Collaborate with management to develop safety improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of safety activities
• Complete any other tasks that are assigned
