Job summary

UF Health Jacksonville is seeking a Respiratory Therapist II for the night shift. This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and works with a multidisciplinary team providing cardiopulmonary care.

Under supervision, administers respiratory care and life support; may serve as lead therapist and participate in NICU care when needed. Requires Florida licensure and BLS; Associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Age of Patients Served: All Age Groups.
• Required Education: AMA approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Preferred Education: Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory care and life support to patients.
• Act as lead therapist when assigned.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care.
• Provide NICU ventilation and oxygen assessments when leading.
