UF Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Respiratory Therapist II to provide advanced cardiopulmonary care. Under general supervision, you will administer life support, run ventilators, and contribute to critical care teams.

The role includes leading the therapist team when assigned and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Previous critical care exposure is preferred; NICU capabilities may be required for lead duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to administer respiratory care and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities.
• Ability to act as lead therapist when assigned for all areas.
• When acting as lead therapist, be able to provide NICU patient care (i.e., ventilator and Oxygen assessment).
