Graphic Packaging International in Illinois invites applicants for the Roll Clamp Driver role. You will support warehouse operations, load/unload shuttles, operate PIVs, and ensure FIFO and safety standards in a night-shift environment.

The position offers starting pay of $23.26 per hour, progression to $23.52, plus a $1,500 retention bonus for new hires and qualifying rehires, with a $1.15/hour shift differential on night shifts and benefits beginning after the first month.

Qualifications

• Must carry photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport).
• Ability to complete job-specific training and essential functions.
• Effective communication and instruction-following skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties safely and in an orderly manner.
• Attend safety meetings and tours.
• Ensure products meet food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Coordinate shuttle movement between buildings and understand production schedules.
• Load/unload materials and operate the Roll Clamp in Warehouse.
• Document transactions using RF equipment and maintain FIFO in warehouse.
• Inspect and document inbound/outbound shipments and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain clean work areas and comply with overtime as needed.
• Instruct and train other operators when qualified.
